‘Well Woman Yoga’ is a deeply nourishing practice with a focus on how we feel rather than how we look. With stress as the central cause for a woman’s lack of vitality, it is my intention to take you from stress-to-bliss in one class. You will leave this class soothed, relaxed and ready for life’s challenges.
