Guidelines for a precise measurement with the Inbody 570

Analysis should ideally be carried out before exercise and with an empty bladder.

Wear comfortable clothing, removing any items with metal zippers, snaps and fasteners. Remove all jewellery where possible.

Scans are not recommended if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker.
