Of course this Sunday is Dayboro Day and what a great day it’s going to be! It always blows me away how big this event is. The main street looks more like the Ekka rather than a quiet country town.
You can visit the Official Dayboro Day website WITH THIS LINK. It has everything you will need to know including maps, stalls and activities.
A great place to visit is the Dayboro Cottage which is home to the Dayboro Historical Society. Locals will be especially interested because one of this year’s features is the history of some of the sporting clubs, including the Dayboro Football Club. The present Club was formed in 1984 but the first club was formed in 1912, and there had been a number of others in between.
